Criminal history and Nurse Aid Registry background checks are completed before hire.

Orientation by manager is followed by 16 hours of on the job training. Graceful Arms Senior Living has mandatory monthly meetings to discuss resident care, and caregivers receive 1 hour of in-service on different topics.
